Last year Kelowna had a huge fire that threatened the outskirts of the town (2003 was a worse year). I happened to be on that side of down when I randomly drove around the town exploring and came to a barred off road that was park of a trail in Okanagan Mountain Park. It’s the same trail where I saw the bears mentioned in the last post.
The black on the trees aren’t shadows, they’re burn marks.
