We had an opportunity to stay in a Maasai village for a night while a friend talked to them about rebuilding their school. I had a restless sleep because I got woken up a few times by hyenas during the night, but overall it was a cool experience (even if it left a bitter taste in my mouth afterwards).

This was taken as the sun was setting, it made for some really cool light. We were lucky that Kili wasn’t covered in clouds as it usually is.

This is a stitch of 14 images and I’ve made it larger than normal to accommodate its dimensions. And in case you’re wondering, I did pump up the colours a bit to add some drama, but not as much as you might think.
