Here’s a good example of the mist in Hong Kong right now. There’s actually buildings behind the ones you can see in this photo. Today was a defo a thick-fog day. A good judge of the fog is if you can see across the harbour and if so, how clear are the buildings? This is how well I can see the buildings when I was near the middle of the harbour (on the famous Star Ferry), so you can imagine how bad is was from the other side of the harbour.
