So on my 30th birthday I opened a bottle of very old port (I’m talking 1977 old). It was a gift from my dad who knew I liked port. I’ve had it for a few years and I felt like my 30th was a good enough occasion. Since it was so old, there was a lot of sediment. Thankfully the decanter funnel had a filter.

For the record it was a bottle of ’77 Delaforce.
