This is Richard. He is the local employee/coordinator for Caleb’s Hope in Gulu, Uganda. He and his brother grew up in the Gulu area and are educated but decided to stay and help out by running NGOs and working on projects that help the community. He was a great help during our trip and it was great ot have his local connections.
