I was playing around with this shot and thought it made for a good gloomy shot. I like the texture of the overly dramatic scene. Not to mention it’s something a little different, you don’t usually see such tight shots of buildings. What can I say, I’m trying something different. Maybe it’s a metaphorical image to represent the gloom that’s going on these days… maybe I’m just spurting some junk that an art critic would read into a photo. “This photo was done during his dark times, he was going through some personal struggles and carried into his art.” Riiiiight, I always love how some critics can read way too much into a photo/painting. I’d make for a shitty art critic.
