Well here it is… my first WordPress plugin… ooooh aaaah. This isn’t the gallery plugin I’ve been working on (it’s still being tested), but it’s a quick one I wrote this afternoon. This plugin is called WP Scrobbler WP Audioscrobbler. As some of you will know, audioscrobbler.com has merged with last.fm but with the slick new interface, some of the web services (ie feeds) disappeared, but this afternoon I discovered that they’ve been moved over to audioscrobbler.net. So I’ve written a plugin that’ll list the most recently played tracks, according to last.fm. You can see an example of what I’ve done in my “listening to” section in my middle section of sevennine.net.

update: turns out there’s already a plugin called WP-Scrobbler, so I’ve renamed it to WP Audioscrobbler.
