Wow… talk about a busy weekend. Life is pretty much none stop when it comes down to the end of the semester, especially if you try and keep all your social and frisbee commitments. Went to my first 21st on Friday, just incase you didn’t know, 21st b-days are REALLY huge down under. Don’t know why b/c you can’t do anything when you’re 21 that you couldn’t do when you’re 20. Anyways, it was an out of town party and needless to say good times were had by all. I managed to flirt with as many people as I could and drink a fair amount. But I think the higlight was in the next morning when I went to brunch with the family and some family friends. I had an 86-year-old family friend tell me that I looked like a “pin-up.” I loved it! It’s good to see that I can attract people of all ages, my girl might have to start getting jealous. haha
Yesterday I was at my first indoor tournament. Outdoor ultimate is heaps of fun, but bring it indoor and it’s a whole new game. It’s a three-day tourny that’s spread on every sevond weekend. So day two is in two weeks and day three is in four weeks. We went 2-3 on day one but that’s b/c we played some of the top teams, hopefully we can get it together in a couple weeks and make it into the top have of pool.
Anyways, back to the end of semester/degree stress, love big group projects! ummmmm…. not really
